Optimising webpage content to improve local SEO keyword rankings for a personal training and online coaching business. This project was fairly restrictive due to budget constraints and the size and build of the website, but we made some solid progress nonetheless! 

Following a website audit, we together identified a list of 7 focus keywords based on volume research, then restructured and rewrote the website to optimise for SEO and UX. Content was structured into more digestible chunks with optimised H-tags and clear calls to action. I also implemented a range of technical changes including content lazy loading and image optimisation to get the site performing better.

Results

  • Increased rankings for all keywords over just a 6 week period
  • Improved UX, with content better displayed across the website
  • Total website traffic up 82%
